Software we’ve built, beyond the website.

Some businesses need more than pages: a tool the owner or the office runs every day. We build those the same way as our websites: custom, owned by the client, with no platform taking a cut.

Miss Annette’s Curriculum Studio

The problem. Twenty years of preschool curriculum, and selling it meant lessons behind a paywall, monthly billing, and a new week published every week without a developer in the middle.

What we built. A member site parents subscribe to, and a no-code studio where Annette builds each week from blocks: videos, activities and printables. Publishing emails every member, and Stripe handles the billing.

The result. She has published every week since launch without once needing a developer.

Each week is built from blocks, no code.A video, an activity tagged by learning goal, a printable: add, reorder, publish.

Jeff Adams Design Group’s Plan Manager

The problem. A Utah home design firm sells ready-to-build house plans, each with its own photos, specs and price, and the office needs to keep every one of them current without waiting on a developer.

What we built. The public plan catalog on their website, plus a Plan Manager where the office adds and edits plans, photos, specs and prices. Every change is live on the site the moment it’s saved.

The result. 26 house plans online, each with its own page, managed from one screen by the firm’s own office.

The Thornwood client portal

The problem. Most owners have no easy way to see whether their website is working, where their leads went, or what their monthly plan pays for.

What we built. A portal every client gets: the site’s live status, every inquiry with a status they set, requests they can follow to done, invoices, and a monthly Behind the scenes page.

The result. Live on every site we support, and an inquiry is saved there even if its email lands in spam.

See more of the portal

Client portal home for a demo bakery: a large heading reads It’s online, checked 4 minutes ago with no outages since launch, beside 14 pages passing, a phone speed score of 98, 37 spam messages stopped, and a phone preview of the bakery’s website
Is the site working? It says so, up front.Checked minutes ago, with the month’s numbers beside it.
Client portal inquiries page: 5 inquiries from the website in September, filter buttons for unread, replied and booked, and a list of customer messages, each with a status menu set to New, Replied or Booked
Every lead in one inbox, with a status you set.Nothing gets lost to a spam folder.

Also in progress: an online store built from scratch, with orders, inventory, thirty products across forty sizes, and lab results attached to every batch. The client stays unnamed until they open.

Studio and Plan Manager screens are from demo copies with sample content, and portal screens use a demo account. No real members, customers or orders are shown.
