01 — The situation

There was nothing to show.

The Canyon Lofts is a boutique condominium development in downtown Provo, from the team behind Slate Building Co. Completion is 2027.

That’s the hard version of a real estate website: no finished units, no photography, no walkthrough — and a need to start collecting serious buyers immediately, because pre-sales are how a development gets built.

02 — What we built

One page that moves like a walkthrough.

  • A single-page site with a deliberate sequence: the building, then the way Provo actually lives, then the ask
  • Renderings at full bleed — until there’s a building, the renderings are the product
  • A waitlist form that captures interested buyers and delivers them straight to the developer
  • Editorial typography and hairline rules, so a pre-construction pitch still feels finished

03 — Why it matters

Fifteen buyers before the first door hangs.

A development lives or dies on early interest, and early interest has to be captured somewhere. Fifteen people have put their name down for a unit that won’t exist for another year — a list the developer owns, can call, and can sell to on day one.
