McKenzie (“MK”) is a graphic and web designer with twelve years behind her, and the reason so many Thornwood sites have real personality instead of a template look. Branding, layout, and the small details you feel before you can name them.
James runs paid advertising, with eight years of Google Ads across home services, retail, solar, and more. When a new site is ready for customers, he’s the one turning clicks into booked calls, tracked down to the dollar.
