Raykon builds luxury custom homes across Utah, the kind of project a family spends a year of their life on. Nobody picks that builder off a list of services.
They pick by looking at finished houses, and they do it long before anyone picks up the phone. So the website had one job: put the homes in front of people, at full size, with nothing in the way.
Portfolio first, everything else second.

- Full-width photography throughout; the builds make the argument, the layout stays out of the way
- The three phases (pre-construction, construction, maintenance) laid out so a buyer knows what a year with Raykon actually looks like
- A short, obvious path from any page to a conversation
Nine years is the real result.
Websites get replaced when they stop working. This one hasn’t. It has been the front door to Raykon since 2017, updated as the portfolio grew, and it brings in more than two thousand visits a month. A builder who works with the same web person for nine years isn’t being patient. He’s being served.
