McKenzie — “MK” — is a graphic and web designer with twelve years behind her, and the reason so many Thornwood sites have real personality instead of a template look. Branding, layout, and the small details you feel before you can name them.
James runs paid advertising — eight years of Google Ads across home services, dental, solar, and more. When a new site is ready for customers, he’s the one turning clicks into booked calls, tracked down to the dollar.
